Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at jum99. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation.

All deposit transactions on jum99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jum99 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow Transfer
• Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks supported via FPX

You may only deposit funds from an account or eWallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the funds involved.

Jum99 is not responsible for any deposit delays caused by technical issues on the part of your payment provider or bank. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the jum99 support team with proof of your transaction.

Jum99 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following withdrawal terms apply to all Malaysian members:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per request
• Standard processing time: 15 to 60 minutes (depending on method and time of request)
• Withdrawals to eWallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are generally processed faster than bank transfers
• Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via DuitNow: Typically 15–30 minutes during banking hours

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except in special circumstances. jum99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large or unusual withdrawals, as a security measure to protect your account.

Jum99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for up to 5 business days where further security or compliance investigation is required. Members will be notified via email or Live Chat if their withdrawal has been held for review.

Jum99 offers its members a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly rebates, and special promotions for Malaysian festive occasions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed one-time only by every eligible new jum99 member.

• Jum99 reserves the right to cancel or declare any bet void if a technical error, incorrect information, or fraudulent activity is found to have occurred.
• Game results that have been determined and confirmed are final. No appeals will be accepted once the official result has been announced.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, jum99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances (including cash and bonuses) held in that account. If closure is for standard reasons (such as a member's own request), any valid cash balance will be returned following the verification process.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the jum99 support team via Live Chat or official email. The closure process typically takes 1–3 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jum99 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance
• Internet communication failures or technical issues beyond jum99's control
• Betting or game outcomes that occurred during a technical disruption that was communicated to members
• Any act or omission by third parties, including payment providers or game providers
